Role: We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales objectives through an organized plan with measurable goals. This role includes managing independent sales agents, generating product demand, and identifying business opportunities within the customer base. Objectives of this role:

  • Reporting to the Manager of the architectural lighting division (“TLS”), you will be responsible for developing and managing a territory in the North American market.
  • The position requires a strong sales acumen, industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic plans to achieve long-term sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate has excellent skills in the prospection and qualification of leads. Has a demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships while maintaining a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Establish and follow sales objectives by organizing a strategic sales plan with measurable goals.
  • Manage a network of independent sales agents and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Generate demand and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with reps and existing customers.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure full engagement throughout the entire sales process.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by using ‘value-added’ selling techniques.
  • Stay up to date on product information and current industry trends.

  • Experience in the lighting industry is considered an asset.

Media Graph Inc. is seeking a versatile and hands-on Industrial Designer & Production Technician to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for a technically minded designer who enjoys bringing concepts to life and participating in every stage of the manufacturing process—from design to fabrication. You'll be responsible for developing technical drawings and 3D renderings, as well as assisting in the physical assembly and production of lighting products.

Objectives of this role:

  • Create detailed shop drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
  • Manage technical project files, specifications, samples, and mock-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in metal Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production role, ideally as a production assistant or coordinator.
